On 11-05-2022 I borrowed 12000 Rs from NAVI BANK at a 30% Annual interest rate. I had paid 2 installments & somehow I failed to paid 3rd EMI. So the NAVI team call me upon this & I said I will pay this amount but I need some time they refused to listen to me & constantly harassed me for constantly calling me.
However, Today they are using my PERSONAL CONTACT DETAILS for recovery money.
so, I borrowed money and paid her 3rd EMI.
please take necessary action against the unethical process.
