I have taken loan from navi App and i paid certain emis like 4 months and now due to some financial issues I can’t pay them but after 15 days of no paying EMI they literally started calling me giving me threats and sending me alot of otps from different websites and giving me threats to defame me infront of my family and contact list and also calling on my parents contact numbers threatening me that they will morph my pictures
and videos. this app should be ban immediately if anyone facing this issue please lodge a FIR against them and send them legal notice about the harassment you are facing they cannot call any of your contacts it is against RBI guidelines and breack of privacy you can also file civil suit against them in court don’t they will just harras you virtually just go and file civil suit against them and report it the police station immediately.
