Got a call from Riya Sharma, +918342036405 stating pay only internet charges Rs 10, which I did my Credit card and then received a msg that Rs 20743 has been debited from credit card. They say they will refund you the amount but need to have the same balance in the account.

I download KOKO loan application by plays store and submit some loan related details in this app. as per eligibility they offer 8000 loan against my credit profile. but only 4400 transfer to my account without any communication or confirmation on 28th Feb. regarding this issue i mail their contact person but this mail id is invalid. now after 3 days they WhatsApp me and forced to paid 8000 which on not received my me. also they threaten me that they call or send SMS to my contacts and share some loan related information. kindly help me i don’t know what to do.
