Narinvts company is claiming they have given a loan back in 2022 and it is a fake one…this is badly affecting my CIBIL score so please help close this account

NARINVTS company is claiming they have provided a loan back in 2022 but that is showing penalty from 2024 this is a false information from my perspective so please help me close this account.
