Hi, Almost 45 days before i have ordered one product from Naptol and the product was not effective, they did TV marketing. The same day i called and informed them to cancel my product. But they said they will not give cash back, i was agreed for INR. 500 to get cash voucher. after 10-15 days they collected the product and till now no refund/voucher. Around 20 times i called Naptol, they are helpless people they don`t know the English.

Complaint 1) product quality not good as showed in television. Bad quality product.
Complaint 2) your executive not knowing English, they speak in only Hindi language.
Complaint 3) poor support from Naptol customer care executive, they don’t have time to listen complaints.
Till now i haven’t received refund and cash voucher.. they are not able to send anything.
because of delay and negligence i recommend Naptol to proceed immediately and i need my money back earliest
