On Dec. 13th 2021, an amount of Rs 70/- was deducted for my return journey from Rajendranagar to Nanakramguda in the evening which otherwise should be 15/- (Enclosed is the proof) . Its been happening again and again with me. With great difficulty I could get the refund after several requests made through Paytm. Some serious penalty should be levied to that contractor for this kind of excess deductions as it has become a practice for them.
