they harresment me from 18 december 2020. they call me again and again force to pay the amount of 10000 in (8307941285) this no. through Googlepay/Phone pay and abuse me.
they message me again and again and also abuse me. they create a fear on my mind about the case and force to pay the amount.

This Intimation Letter Informs you That OFFER2EARN has filed a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN contract ACT 1872 for Contract Breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have NOT SUCCEEDED on your job Then YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.
Now as per The agreement which was done between you & OFFER2EARN, We are hereby intimate you to pay the pending Due before 18-19 DECEMBER2020.
Remedies for Breach of Contract.
Sec 73 – Compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract proximate losses not remote/indirect losses.
Sec 74 – Compensation for breach of contract Where penalty specified.
Sec 75 – Party who is rightfully rescinding is entitled for compensation.
IPC SECTION:
SECTION-406-Punishment for criminal breach of trust.—Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.

The same incidance is happening with me right now . They have send the Email to me to give the penalty amount of rs 6900. company name is DP technology . There advocate had call me to pay the penalty amount . Its too harrasing .
