Dear Sir/Madam, I booked a ticket with from travellook Bangluru to Surat on 16th Jan.22 but PNR and reference number is not generated due to technical issue and amount had been debited. I have been calling for long time but they are telling me to wait for 7-10 working days for refund. But still by 15th of March, i still have not got the refund. when i tried to connect with support they are giving excuses
