I have requested a name correction for my 6 year old kid (Just one alphabet to be removed) 72 hours before the departure, but they simply did not help. (I have called them several times during this period) to make the changes and they promised me that i will receive the change confirmation in an hour or 2 whenever i call)

They waited for a day after my request and replied me 46 hours before departure saying that according to their policies they can only change the dates 48 hours prior departure and asked me to contact airways directly to make the change. When i asked to send me their policies they simply disconnected the call.
I recorded the phone conversation and will take it further to extreme.
When i call the airlines they simply said that the travel agency is lying and fooling around and the change can be made even when it is 2 hours before the departure. I wonder why this travelgenio is simply not doing their job !!
