On 30th June, i received a message a message from my bank that “NACH mandate rejection due to insufficient balance will lead to penalty of ₹100” but at that time i had more than enough Balance (excluding FD balance) for NACH mandate.
This is the issue, why would i pay penalty even if i did nothing? I have maintained account balance for NACH mandate. Why am i getting charged/penalty. Please help me with is issue
