My name is mani Kumar Singha,I have applied for personal loan in their app and register for e mandate but after successful registration of mandate they noticed me that loan is not approved however they charged nach charges of Rs 570 as loan has disbursed.So I want refund as soon as possible else I will take legal actions on this,I will also highlight this to RBI,banking ombudsman.
