I bought 2 tickets online from mytrip.com, but after that we wanted to change the time, so we asked mytrip if our tickets are refundable. They answered by email – which i still keep the email, that the ticket is total refundable, i only have to pay 32 pounds for their service fees, everything i need to do is to confirm my will to cancel the ticket within 11 hours.
After receiving this email, i proceeded to book another ticket, and after having a new ticket, i contacted mytrip to confirm about the cancellation (which i did only 1 hour after – which means still in the timing): but then they denied every responsibilities, and they don’t even want to find a resolution with me.
I’m now desperately want to find a way to get my money back because it was 1100 pounds and for nothing just because of the misleading in the information of mytrip. Please help me, thank you,
