Our flight on ELAL to Tel Aviv on 19 March 2020 was cancelled due to Covid lockdiwns coming into place. Upto now we have not been refunded. We have been in contact with the Israeli Consumet Ciuncil. Mytrip claims to have lodged the refund request which ELAL have no recird of. The ICC is prepared to investigare ELAL if Mytrip provides them with the request number. H7ndreds of emails (answred with automated response) and fruitless phonecalls late we have still received nithing from Mytrip!!!
