Mytrip have withheld refund amounts from me for 4 months and made accessing evidence of these impossible.
In the first cancellation instance, the line was disconnected more than 10 times and each time I accessed a new operator. When I decided to cancel the flight, I was told I could not be provided written evidence of the cancellation on the spot as this was “not in company policy”. There is no record on the website or under my bookings, and no access
Their UK contact line, accessed through the app, is ALWAYS busy. No waiting time, it simply hangs up on you. Anyone reading this, I have found taht contacting them through the US hotline at +17864058511 works.
Awful awful company not fit for operation.
