I’ve booked a flight geneve-puntacana (18 June until 3 July).
I’ve called the support of mytrip to change the starting date to 20June, and I’ve paid 870 chf with credit card for the change .
After 4 days they called me asking to pay other 470 chf because the price increased.
I don’t want to spend other 470 chf for something that I’ve already paid and I’ve never received.
What am I supposed to do?
