I booked flight from mytip.com. They flight has been cancelled by the airline and also refunded the money to mytrip.com but they are not returning me the refund. They are not even picking up their calls. I see this happening to a lot of people using mytrip.com. I would sincerely like to request to please look into this matter and shut down such scammers.

I had flight for this year I paid for flexi ticket 70 pounds more then I decided to change the flight , I rang them and finally go though , then chjanged the flight to next year , AT ANOTHER 125 POUNDS ON TOP OF THE ALREADY FLEXI TICKET , i HAD AREADY PAID FOR , but then looking at the new ticket ISSUED THERES ONLY 7KG HAND LUGADGE !! MY 25KG BAGGED HAS GONE EMAGINE GETTING TO THE AIRPORT TO ALREADY HAVE PAID NEALRY 800 POUND TO BE OH ERR YOU HAVE NO BAGGDGE ALLOWENCE COUGH UP AGAIN !!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES BE WARNED !!!!! MONEY ON TOP MONEY , THEY CHARGED ME FOR CHANGING TIME DATES THEN LEAVE OFF BAGGDGE allowance !!!!
