I booked tickets with mytrip.com. I am travelling with my family and we are 6 of us from Nairobi to Mumbai. I got an email, that my flight is cancelled my my airlines and i can rebook my flight to another date or apply for refund. I contacted mytrip.com agent on their chat. They said its the airline which has cancelled the ticket. I contacted Air India and they said they havent cancelled the ticket and its still valid. So mytrip is clearly scamming me. Am scared since i booked with mytrip.com they will cancel this my trip that is just after 14 days and will blame Air India. How do i stop them from cancelling my ticket?
