Mytechzone deducted 140 from my capitec account but i never receivered the phone they said would be delivered

ON THE 25 OF APRIL THE WAS SUCCESSFUL DEBIT ORDER THAT WENT THROUGH IN MY NEDBANK ACCOUNT OF WHICH I DONT REMEMBER SIGNING ANY CONTRACT WITH THEM.
