Recently booked ‘Mystic Meghalaya’ 4 day, 3 night trip through Hire in Global. Easily the worst planned trips I have ever been to…the day 2 of the itinery (happened to be Sunday for us) was planned for Double decker root bridge which is closed for visitors on Sundays since 2020. So thr driver had to take us to Dawki on Sunday..as a result we spent most of the trip travelling between far off hotels, covering not even 1 location per day. Gave me an impression that the Point of contact folks of Hire in Global don’t coordinate with on ground team regularly. Also, our Hire in Global point of contact stopped replying to any form of communication 1 week before the trip and only replied after we demanded change of contact person. Overall, a very unpleasant experience…won’t recommend.
