I ordered a wireless earpod from the said company. I ordered the item on the 9th of February.2023, paid online as there was no COD available. After i placed the order I got a message saying order is placed further shipment information will be provided via email or phone number. But till date now i didn’t get any response, and while I tried tracking the order the website is hona and worst part is,even the mail i received is gone from my inbox. I tried to contact them through their helping website which was a mail site Now i don’t know what should I do. Please look into this matter and take necessary action.
