Myshopify.com company cheated me for online discount offer I was pay 597 rupees but I have not received any confirmation. Please action against this types of companies this is company link Myshopify.com cheated for online fraud

I have been ordered clothes on myshopify.com on dec1 2022 , the payment (802/-) was done and the product didn’t recived yet. I just looke Dover the site, the page was showing error or page not available. They not even single mail of cause.. !?! Please is there ny chance of taking action , let me know. Thank you
