Text of Complaint by Pankaj Kumar Mandal:

I booked a roadster casual shirt through myntra as Order ID # 1217396 87534989784203. The received item was faded in colour & different from the shown pics while booking. I requested for return of the same. The courier agent took the item & msg received as the return has been kept on hold. Again msg came the return has been rejected because quality checked failed & being reshipped to me. After speaking to customer care they are unable to reply & disconnecting calls without any intimation several times. Even after speaking to manager mr. Saroj.. it was told that u have to accept the item & then an investigation wil be done. Firstly they are sending the defective product.. secondly they are not taking it back & failing in quality checks due to colour not matching as per managers word. If they are sending the colour faded item.. how the colour wil match with the pics & rejection on this base appear to be cheating with the customer. Kindly look into the matter. Thnx
