My prepaid shipment of rs 2529 Philips hair straightener

This is supposed to get deliver on 14 September
But I ddnot receive the product yet I complained to Myntra twice your delivery partner Ecomm agent named MD Taufeeq Alam scammed me came to my house first he denied to come to upstairs then I told him to gve the parcel in the shop which is in downstairs he asked for the code to me I gave him the code but he didnot give the parcel to anyone and ran away I really do expect the refund or atleast the product back or else I will complain to consumer court it’s not about money it’s about being scammed by a company like Myntra
