Hello,
I have ordered 2 boat airpods 131 M from Myntra in sale of worth rs 1600. I received both product and found that one boat aiport was duplicate(There is not any logo of boat) and one boat airpod was used and not in a good condition. Instantly I rasied query in Myntra to return these product and should check against seller as it was not good to deliver used,damaged and duplicate company product. After some calls with customer care and few days they asked to return the product. I returned both defected airpod on 6th Oct and they provide refund of only one airpod of 800 rs. I updated on the same day to myntra that I returned both product but got refund of one only. From that day i called them around 15-18 times wasted my 1 hr time each day to resolve the issue and provide me the refund of duplicate and used product. After 17 days they conveyed me this thing that they have not received the second product. I told them multiple time i have already returned the product on 6th Oct as both product was not required because it was used and duplicate. They have resolved the queries and not ready to provide me the refund.
One more point i wanted to say as i required two airpod so after returning it to myntra I again ordered two airpodes from official boat website can provide the proof for the same.
Please help me to get my refund. Myntra harassed me mentally for this issue. Its not good because they dont care about customer. Please let me know if any other information required.
