I had purchased blue jeggings and white top from myntra.The product was delivered on 30 th Jan. I have fit issue did not like the fit .I placed return on the same day. My return request got rejected that “ it is used product” re shipped back to me .
communicated with the customer care at Myntra
that the return request was rejected without any
genuine reason. They told quality check
done and the product returned was used.I shop online but I never faced these type issues with other companies. The customer care people are telling we are not responsible. How can say that. Without seeing the product.
