I have placed a return request of (Puma Pure Cotton Brand Logo Printed Hoops Graphic Basketball T-Shirt) on 16 October 2023 because of size issue, on pickup date no one come to pickup and at late night 9:00 a message was given to me that your pickup failed then they said they will make next day pickup and another day they not picked up my return product, when I try to contact customer support then they make a investigation of 5 days and said me to wait till 21 October and when I contect them on 21 then they said me to wait more 48 hour and when I contacted them on today 23 October then they said we are unable to help you Because are team said that they a given you the product and it a passed through quality check but I have not returned the product no one come to pickup the product then how it can be happened, I want to return the product just because of size issue.
