I had ordered 7 item out of which some were defective product, so I returned the rest 6 items, And gave me myntra credit note. Now when i want to use my credit note they are asking for an outrageous amount of rs 300 as an convenience fee. When i talked about it to customer care all they could do is apologise and says this is our policy we can’t help you. I wasnt even informed about this inconvenience fee beforehand. Now I’m stuck with my money in their account. They wont refund the amount nor deduct the ridiculous amount rs300 as an convenience fee.
