Hi, Myntra is listing product to be sold by original brand such as Bata on their marketplace website. They do not disclose on the product page that Bata products are not covered under Bata’s standard 90 day warranty policy. They have this agreement with Bata. I received this response from Bata when I reached them out to get warranty service for a defective product.
By not disclosing the warranty information on the product page while customer is making a purchase they are doing a fraud. This is even done when they list that the seller is Bata India Limited. Both Bata and Myntra are doing a fraud by selling defective inventory to customers.
