Prepaid Rs. 3350 for 2 pair of footwear. 1> only one pair received. But status show both delivered. Upon raising an issue, more than 10 days and no action taken. No answer on where it is and when will I get my refund for this. 2> the received pair is very small in size. Asked for exchange with bigger size. The exchange gets cancelled saying it is lost after being shipped. Believable? 3> The I was asked to return, the person comes to pick it up but says no MYNTRA stick hence he cannot take it back!! The whole system in MYNTRA is filled with fraud
