I have ordered on myntra and because of delayed delivery I cancelled my order. They stated that they initiated refund on 7th october 2021 but the amount didnt reflected in my account.I made several calls complained several times and finally on 22 oct 2021 they shared one reference number. When I started complaining with that reference number online the system is showing invalid reference number. When made call again to myntra customer care they stated they can do nothing further. So I thought of complaning on them for fooling me by providing fake reference number
