Text of Complaint by Yogesh Alva:

We had ordered a Allen Solly shirt which was shipped to us on 20th October and on very same day we cancelled the order as it was not upto what we were shown .we have a done it as per the cancellation policy. The very next day their person came to pick up but he just took the shirt from the bag without the accessories and just crumbled it and put into his some bad plastic bag .we told him that the shirt will get spoilt and also accessories he has to take for hwuch he said not needed. The very same day we got a message in the application that the product is rejected because it’s a used product. For which we again raised a complain both in applications and in the call. We were told that they will investigate and soon come with a solution. No one called us even after so many request. Tu hen again they just write the issue is resolved. Everytime we raised concern they gaved new ticket and just close the old ticket. How can Myntra close the issue without even acknowledge our concern. We called they said we will have to take the return and then raise the complain again for which we refused as it was the boy who had damaged while taking and if we take it back they will say it done by us. We declined to take the product back. When we called again they said that the accelerate manager will call us but dint call even after asking back in reminder call and again closed the issue. We complained again but they didn’t accept. Now today in morning they brenched our application privicy. They just wrote in our question WHEN WILL MY PRIDUCT BE RETURNED? FIR THESE they even wrote an answer. After seeing these in evening we called and the exective and her senior manager both accepted that its wrongly written by their exective and they will close that for which we didn’t accept.then they as usual tried to just avoid our concern and cut the phone. Myntra and their seller company is just avoiding any concerns raised by consumer and trying to loot us .we need to raise an issue about our brench of privacy and also our concern not been heard or looked upon.
