As per my cash on delivery order on Myntra,i paid for two products which had invoice of two products on the outer side of the parcel!! When opened,there was only one product inside and second was missing! I filed the complaint immediately in the myntra help centre, they asked me to wait for 3 days and it has been more than 7 days, neither my product is delivered nor they giving me any refund! Their IVR states that their investigation team is working on the complaint so can’t arrange a back call bu then!!
