Myself sangita choudhary a regular myntra customer.. I usually ordered a jeans of flying machine 32 size and received mango brand’s used jeans without price tag.and also of 42 waist size. I immediately placed a complain to return the product.. Called them several times.. They made promise to return.. But when delivery boy came he didn’t accept the product of other brand.. That was the main reason to return the product.. Then lockdown started and they message bme to pickup the return after lockdown.. Now they declined the request without no reason.. I ordered in feb 2020 still struggling to return the product.. They have cheated with me.. And mentally harassed me.
