Text of Complaint by Sammaturu Sheshank:

I’ve ordered for a product in Myntra platform and got delivered with the wrong product on 30-08-2025 , and I immediately raised a complaint followed by return & refund request, customer agents are repeatedly saying the same answer “please answer for 24 hrs” and I’ve waited for 13 days and no proper solution till now , I want to file an consumer complaint as I want justice
