Myntra deactivated my account and my pre paid orders are getting cancelled and refund is going in myntra credit which already has alot of credit and they are providing no solution to me for deactivated account

THIS HAPPENED AFTER I RAISED A RETURN REQUEST OF A PRODUCT WHICH WAS DIFFERENT THAN THAT OF WHICH I’VE ORDERED.NO PICKUP WAS INITIATED AND AFTER FEW DAYS THAT IS ON 7TH OF APRIL I FOUND OUT THAT MY MYNTRA ACCOUNT IS DEACTIVATED FOR SECURITY REASONS WHICH IS TOTALLY ILLLOGICAL I AM AN TOP TIER ICON MEMBER WHO SHOP A LOT FROM MYNTRA.ITS BEEN 3 DAYS AND NO RESOLUTION HAS BEEN PROVIDED. THEY HAVE UPDATED 3 TIMES THE DATE IN WHICH FINAL ANSWER WILL BE GIVEN.I HAVE PENDING ORDERS FROM MYNTRA COSTS 4k plus AND I TOO HAVE MYNTRA CREDIT LEFT.I AM UNABLE TO EVEN CREATE RETURN.KINDLY REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT ASAP
