Hello,I have a Myntra account where there are credits and insider points in it,recently jab maine apna Myntra account open kara to usme new accnt open hogya same phone no.se aur waha pe mere credits nai hai na points hai to maine mynta pe complain ki ,unhone bola ki ye due to technical issue hua hai apki problem solve hojaegi but one month hone ko hai na to Myntra se koi call ayi na hi mere credits wapas mile,they have done fraud .Jab Myntra customer care excutive ko call karti hu wo log bolte hai ki hume apke credits show horhe h aur apki problem hum solve kardenge 24hrs me but aaj one month hogya meri problem nai solve hui.Please help me.
