Hi,
I bought two items: one small trolley suitcase and one large trolley suitcase both from Myntra on 1Jun 2023. The same items were cancelled and my amount was credited back into my account on 3Jun 2023. Upon asking the reason, Myntra says both the items were lost kn transit, hence not delivered. Upon asking to place the order again, they say that they cannot do it, hence I have to place the order at a higher price than I originally bought for. Now the AWB number shared by Myntra for the same says that the item was cancelled by merchant/seller. I believe it’s a fraud, where in they are luring customers showing lower price and cancelling the product delivery from their end.
