Myntra is now asking for convenience fee of Rs. 299 for returning products several times…( Their claim is that I returned 9 out of 10 products), completely insane on their part, as I checked, there were some returns as well as some product exchanges due to size issues. And the returns were mostly because sometimes I received products that were of mediocre quality. Now I cannot order from my myntra account, now a convenience fee of Rs 299 is added with each order and it’s not a one time thing. I will have to pay Rs 299 every time in all orders. What is this non sense policy they are making now.I didn’t even get a notice from that I have higher returns or something. Something should be done in this matter.
