My myntra account has been blocked for no reason. They’ve mentioned in the email that I breached their fair use policy and carefully read through every clause there. their email is very vague and does not point to anything that I did which led to my account being blocked. Moreover when i called the customer care, they said there is no alternative and even they dont know the reasons. A customer’s account can be blocked without being told which clause/policy condition was breached. And there is no mechanism to even take this up to the higher authorities. A myntra account not just has your number but your home addresses, card details and your personal data attached to it. There should be some recourse. Even I have some ongoing prepaid orders and queries under process but they didn’t informed me beforehand and just deactivated my account without any prior information. Myntra is a big time fraud and ate up my money.
