My myntra account has been blocked for no reason. They’ve mentioned in the email that I breached their fair use policy and carefully read through every clause there. Despite being a law student, their email is very vague and does not point to anything that I did which led to my account being blocked. Moreover when i called the customer care, they said there is no alternative and even they dont know the reasons. A customer’s account can be blocked without being told which clause/policy condition was breached. And there is no mechanism to even take this up to the higher authorities. A myntra account not just has your number but your home addresses, card details and your personal data attached to it. There should be some recourse.

Same happened to me also Myntra account blocked and no proper response from customer service
Something similar happened to me. I was told I breached clause 4 and 12 of the Myntra policies, but after reading through their terms and conditions, I couldn’t figure out what I did wrong. My Myntra credit amount was forfeited and my account blocked. Their customer service is unable to help me.
