Sir,   On the site of mynotchphone.online I book the phone selected model is TIPAD X2 128GB 8GB RAM PHONE for Rs 4299 My date of order is 19-7-20

Order no. 4609989739 PAYMENT ID 10727765795  Yesterday received the parcel through blue dart courier  on opening found very old model phone of 2 G type Even the box of phone different then phone, in parcel they not sent the invoice of phone too. On parcel there is no correct return address, only Mayapuri Industrial Area, Delhi is given

I tried for customer care there is no response for live chat their are through Telegram app here only they asking order no. on giving the order no. again same auto machine asking order no. and no response,  I have houmble request to catch this people and save the other from getting cheated and help to get my money back.
