The order of tablet has been placed by me on dated 20 July 20 and the payment has also been made of Rs3599. 28 through HDFC Bank net safe debit card. After payment I received SMS 1
“CONFIRMED: Your Order has been successfully placed with order id 2033326555. Due to Covid 19 Pandemic there will be slight delay in dispatching orders. Thank you for shopping. And SMS 2

After 02 day on 22july I emailed 3time at support@mynotchphone.online for knowing update about shipment of item I found that the this email doesn’t exist and there were no phone contact number.
Therefore it is requested to you please take hard steps against them and try to refund my hard earned money.
