Sir i had made payment of Rs3999.20 through upay to mynotch phone on 05/07/2020 and the paymebt has been made to upay  , now the my notch is not at all responding and even doestnot give their contact number . their contact number is not valid says the server. I want to get my money back or i want the phone that i had ordered and paid for  . Can you please help me my address i had given as Paramananda devasahayam, 4/168 Perumalkoil street, East sivanthipuram, Vickramasingapuram, Ambasamudram, Tiruneli Pin code 627425 Tamilnadu But my notch is just playing fool with me by not recognizing and not responding , i am not even alowed to rergistr as it says my e mail id already exists  Mynotch says it does not remember the pass word, What am i to do sir please help me out

My payment details through net banking from SBI  on 06July 2020 through upay . The payment is succesful ,

the company did not accept the option of cash on delivery due to covid 19 , So i had to make on line payment
