I subscribed to mynet (Telkom) recently and had trouble setting up the wifi router. I attenpted for three days to contact the technical team for assistance but the calls kept failing. Once I figured out to setup the device the internet speeds were not even remotely close to what was advertised. I did 4 speed tests and the fastest download speed recorded was 700kbps (advertised as 120mbps).
