With out the concern of customer they are landing and asking for double the amount and device charges are also high. Even if we try to contact nobody responses

They will soon credit your account with some amount. And ask to repay them the double amount. Better to freeze your account first . And go to profile then click to cancellation. Remove your data log out. And file a complaint against them in cybercrime. I too am a victim of this.
