myjio fibre internet not working from yesterday i.e.10.04.2020. only red light is blinking on modem.i talked custmer care no.on 10.04.2020.but problem was not resolved.

i again contact custmer care today.i.e 11.04.2020.but my internet connectivity problem not resoveled. kindly look into above matter and resolve problem immediately. please extend

my plan validity as iam not using service of jio fibre
