Dear sir, My Self Alfaz Pirvani,
I had done a recharge with using Recharge for a Friend on my mother’s number but unfortunately, it reflects in my number only not on my mother’s number.
there is a huge bug in the Myjio application and the representative told me that, there is no solution for this issue, you have to bear money every time.
they are unable to cancel recharge or transfer recharge nor update the recharge. there is a serious bug they can’t solve. such a worst company they can solve their own problem, so how can they help customers.
