Text of Complaint by Shashank Naik:

I had withdraw INR 50000 on 16th november 2025 from 1xbet, but i never was deposited to my account , i have been following up with their online support and also emails but they say it was processed fro their side in UTR no.532020214175 in same date 16th november, my statment clear show there was no such deposite,but then support team asked for official letter from bank amange specifying that there is no such deposite with this UTR number, same i submitted on 28th november, but still support every time reopnes my Query no 9932801 and then reviews it and closes with same sentence it has been processed, this has been now goining on for last 25 days.And i have nomore pations to again and again contact then , i have sent almost 20 email and atleat called 28 times from last 25 days.
It seems that i will not get my funds, but this is to all players using 1xbet platform to be aware of the frud that is being going on.
I have attached my complan number and letter from my bank so that it will help users in opting out of this frud.

      In this case as per my understanding if you are doing investigation and working on getting this sorted ,Than query should be kept open and not close with out proper solution.

    2. been 20 days from your last comment and still no update , been almost now 2 months for this issue and you are not doing anything.
      I also saw few more complaints raised on this platforms with simillar situation exactly.
      Are you beings professional or doing fraud?
