want to bring to your attention my recent experience with instamatch365.com casino, where I deposited an initial sum of INR 2000 on july 06, 2025. Despite winning a total of INR 99000 during my gameplay, my withdrawal request has been pending for an alarming 2 days.
Despite my persistent attempts to contact their customer support, I have consistently been told to wait for working days due to extended verification procedures. This delay has been incredibly frustrating, given the substantial deposit made in good faith.
Over the past 2 days, my follow-ups with customer care have been met with the same response, and they have even resorted to blocking my gaming ID and restricting communication channels such as WhatsApp. Furthermore, the provided email address, support@instamatch365.com, seems to be fake, further contributing to the deception.
Attempts to contact their toll-free customer care have proven challenging, with them blocking my calls upon inquiring about my withdrawal. This has forced me to use different numbers each time.
This unacceptable behavior has not only affected me but also left other users in a similar predicament. Instamatch365.com seems to be intentionally delaying withdrawals and causing inconvenience to users who have made substantial deposits.
I urge everyone to exercise caution and remain vigilant when dealing with Winmatch.com. Please spread the word to protect others from falling victim to the same trap.
