Text of Complaint by Rohit:

My wife is using Airtel SIM and currently network is not showing on her mobile phone, we have contacted the customer support representative, after doing some basic troubleshooting steps he told us that there might be some issue on my wife SIM. He suggested that please reach out to nearest Airtel Store to get new SIM for the same no. Which she was using.

Now my concern is all Airtel Store are closed due to covid19. And we are not able to get new SIM from there. Can you please deliver this via courier.

As we are not able to make any transaction and also not able to do some urgent task because of not getting otp on my mobile. This was the primary SIM for her and it is registered with multiple applications.

Please take this on priority and try to resolve this asap
